MILWAUKEE |  FENG SHUI - a Chinese system for positioning a building and the objects within a building in a way that is thought to agree with spiritual forces and to bring health and happiness.
=======================================

In order for Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC to protect the historic presence of Milwaukeeans that have worked decades to raise the level of their individual and collective neighborhood citizenship efforts, while implementing the framework foundation for INFRASTRUCTURE sustainability through "re-defining", "re-branding" and "un-trapping" hidden and vetted talent at the census tract and neighborhood level; the NEW Affordable Health Care law (a first for the United States of America) has been drafted for launching a NEW Day in the way MPA LLC fingerprinting and blueprinting of the quality of life and economic development promise of each citizen of Milwaukee.

It is the "silver bullet" to break the backbone of "by-design" ECP-Enduring Concentrated Poverty created and perpetuated by elected-appointed-hired-donor for hire representatives of government.  It is the oligopoly and monopoly way of ensuring that erosing is increased for those who take-and-have from those who-have-not.  It is brought-bought by well-connected groups with paid and co-dependent "gatekeepers".

On July 2, 2013, MPA LLC announced its next level of distinctive marks to ensure that channel development and public policy wherewithal is in place to buttress the tsumani of Enduring Concentrated Poverty that is "by-design" and in some cases "self-inflicted".  MPA LLC Chair/CEO, Mary Glass, announced the 7-Neighborhood Demonstration Project, on July 18, 2013, Glass announced the 8th Neighborhood Demonstration Project member, Brewer's Hill.

The purpose is to address urban population health of over a half-million folk that have a history of chronic health illnesses that are preventable in most cases.  We seek 'Feng shui' - Yin/Yang, in the structure of our neighborhoods for the purpose of order, leadership, safety and sustainability of its inhabitants, population, end-users and those they chose to take an Oath of office.  The neighborhood-by-neighborhood approach will allow more satuation at a door-to-door advantage, said Glass.

The catalyst sought by MPA LLC is preparedness.   It is rooted in education and technological attainment. It is also with a mandate that the fingerprint of the stakeholders that live-work-invest-pay taxes-bring federal funding for empowerment-raise their families and create businesses in the 8 neighborhoods must be the first endorsers for receiving government funding, for investigation by city departments for vetting (includes MEDC - Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation, CDBG - Community Development Block Grant, CDFI/Community Development Financial Corporation), and resolutions that impact neighborhood equity.  The underlined strength is a united grip for ongoing safety prevention and safety intervention - At all levels of government services.

DEMONSTRATION
MPA LLC Demonstration period is June 1, 2013 – March 31, 2014 (305 days).  This is a time for introduction for/to the neighborhoods.  It is a tribalizing of census tracts and neighborhoods. It is creating oversight and monitoring that is so badly needed.  It is a time of assessment, notifications, collaborating, re-evaluating, REFORM and networking.

Since Milwaukee has an identified 190 neighborhoods, we will look at compartments of/by districts so as to also provide neighborhood leadership that recognizes and values stewardship and accountability of those who represent and those who spend their federal dollars with clarity.

 The 8 Neighborhood Groups (44,000 Milwaukeeans) are:

  • Amani
  • Brewers' Hill
  • Halyard
  • Harambee
  • Hillside
  • Midtown
  • Riverwest
  • WAICO/YMCA)
Stay tuned.
