Based on the population and history of Milwaukee at the present time and projected in the future, the NEW parenting centers are to be the digital window-to-world clearinghouse for parents and those who wish to be a part of the framework of the infrastructure of Urban Milwaukee.
We see Milwaukee parents access, literacy and employment in today's digital world as a MUST in-house, in-family, in-census tract and in-neighborhood priority - #1 priority.
Much talked about and taken for granted day-to-day use of the benefits of the "use-of-the-internet" is not available to parents of the 97 square miles of Milwaukee for quality of life and economic development. This leaves them in a daily-deficit for quality of life and economic issues.
For example, our city-county-state-federal government communicates through the digital mode - many though the cloud structure conduct the majority of its business through the internet. It is a service paid for by the joint-pooling of taxes by parents - the People.
Government & SN Next Door
If the People, parents, pay for the giant and capable internet services of the elected-appointed-hired individuals; then how do they convey services? How do they provide efficiency in the delivery of needed and statutory services? How to they communicate with the parents in a meaningful and necessary way? Our answer is the formation of 4 regional Parenting Centers located in the city of Milwaukee.
Parenting Centers are created with the assistance and fingerprint of parents (father/mother, single parent, extended family - public, private and parochial), the anniversary date is the 4th Sunday of July each year on Parents Day, the day of the joint resolution of the U. S. Congress, signed by President Bill Clinton in 1994.
The Parent Centers will extend partnerships to Milwaukee Public Schools, Milwaukee Area Technical School, University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, University of Wisconsin Extension and the Milwaukee Public Library for collaborative efforts of growth for the city of Milwaukee. Each of the Parent Centers will elect representatives of leadership for Stewardship. The Milwaukee Public Library system is part of the public service structure in place that can be more productive through the Parent Centers.
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is the principal and charter founder of Aman - Ground Zero Next Door Social Network. It is in the process of creating the District-2-District Consortium for the Next Door connection of the social network in the city of Milwaukee.
Amani - Ground Zero Next Door Social Network will provide the guideposts for the collaboration of the D-2-D Consortium.
Next Door is a neighborhood social network out of San Francisco, CA to connect neighbors within geographic boundaries.
Parent Centers are to be created and located in the following regions within the city of Milwaukee over the next 4 years. The collaborated partners mentioned will have MPA LLC D-2-D social networking for the framing connections. The regions are:
- North/West
- North/East
- South/West, and
- South/East.
The Parent Centers concept for the city of Milwaukee is the brainchild of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.
