 Hi Everybody!

This is the first Call for Racial Alert for better and best relationships between cultures and ethnic groups.

"Race" is one of those issues that will send us to separate and 'divided' corners with the mention of the word.

First of all, we must recognize that we have years of thoughts that allow us to form our thinking - some good, some scary, some baseless and some TRUE.

It is through "enlightenment", individual and group experiences that we can progressively change.

Bad behavior is just that, bad behavior.

We recognize it. We act immediately through feelings.

Helping to erase "policies and processes" that perpetuate racial inequality is a great step toward better race relations.

RESPECT-4-RESPECT is a must.

Our "real history" in America tells us about how one race, its genders, and its class structures has been treated. Embedding more "hate", oppression, name calling and swearing hurts the good and goodwill process.

Whereas it is clear that there is constant and disproportionate amount of disenfranchisement of individuals of our city and across the country, we must case-by-case address them and begin to eradicate the "strangle-hold" of racism.

NO one race is all right and all wrong. We all have human and UNACCEPTABLE behavior.

We can see the benefit in more communications to remove denials and "privileged thinking" that is wrong and can not be tolerated.
