Mary Glass - MPA LLC *************************** WARRANT WITHDRAWAL WEDNESDAY - These are Milwaukeeans that have found the Municipal system lacking in Sigma 6 efficiencies.  It appears that the African-American population, the highest unemployed constituents in Milwaukee, are the brunt of those who have "unpaid fines" that in some cases meant "loss of licenses" (disruptive in travel).  One of the issues conveyed is that the "indigent" law has not been part of the dispositions of members of Municipal Court ( Judges Phillip Chavez, Valarie Hill and Derek Mosley).  It is also evident that the "indigent" law with Justice Point is burdensome and in NEED of tweaking.   The TWEAKING must come from you, the citizenry, end-recipients, electorate, and taxpayers.   Click Edgar Mendez for MORE.
