| Sioux Reservation - Standing Rock Sioux Reservation Success

Standing Rock Sioux Nation received the announcement today that the "Black Snake" - oil pipeline was no longer a concern. The Corps of Engineers gave the STOP notice.
Glee and celebrations were seen and heard.
