WORLDWIDE || TINN - TEAM Internet-Net Neutrality BROADBAND Initiative for the Underserved Users is working to connect the dots of the residential, commercial and industrial stakeholders in the framework and creativity of Broadband services in a robust way that will create the technical Infrastructure break-through for SMART city development in the counties of Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Since algorithms are being created that will make the difference between access and success, TINN is exploring state-of-the-art AI business models and business opportunities for technical standards built-in to their products that benefit the global market.

"In fact, AI review in security and surveillance by Foxconn is one of the first order of business to ensure there is NO bias in recognition as well as how best to combat profiling of any kind"

Step I Algorithm policy for TINN Broadband Country in southeastern Wisconsin lowlands is ensuring that People of Color - African, African American, American Indian, Asian, Asian Indian, Latino and other cultures with melanin in the genetic background are a part of Artificial Intelligence/AI pre-requsite for 21st Century algorithmic empowerment.

It is also a source of research, policy development, training, cross-education, peer-citizenship-jury review, and partnership to create a technical architecture, norms, and scalable outcomes.
