Lutheran Social Services in Milwaukee, WI is seen as the lead organization that is led by Hector Colon, CEO.

Target Audience: Milwaukeeans, especially African Americans, other People of Color, and Work-Challenged (un-, under-employed; un-, under-skilled, retirees; re-entry – those from incarceration, homeless, war and retirement).  Our hidden talent focus includes the "disabled".

Over the last fifty (50) years, AFRICAN AMERICANS have had an increase in poverty that has "trapped" the hopes-aspirations-goals-wealth building of the African American families of the City of Milwaukee.  The Generations are:

-  The Lost Generation -- (1883-1990), WWI, Great Depression
-  Greatest Silent Generation -- (1925-1942), Great Depression Childen, Korean War
-  Little Emperors/Baby Boomers -- (1942/46-1964), WWII
-  Generation X -- (1960-1980), Post-WWII Children
-  Generation Y/Millennial Born Frees -- (1980-2000s)
-  Generation Z  -- (2000s-Present)

EXPECTATION - To be a "wise" voice for BOLD citizen-centered engagement, to ensure that public policymaking always includes neighborhood-level strategic planning and decision making by residential and commercial stakeholders, to stimulate necessary changes for discovery of "hidden talent", "emerging and culturally diverse stagnant markets", to support transparency and accountability of those elected-appointed-hired-volunteered that facilitate government funds, to work as a change agent for the 3-Phase public school Education and Technology Trifecta, and to help ensure that ECP/Enduring Concentrated Poverty is not the "brand" and reason for lack of success in the City of Milwaukee.

We "BLOW the Whistle Horn" of warning and due diligence for:

  15. VACCINE-SHIP  (2021)
Thereby, keeping the pathways and channel development open to those shut-out or on-the-way to "shut-out" in the public square.
Affordable Health Care Act
Advancing the PREPAREDNESS trajectory for Milwaukeeans on October 1, 2013, and January 1, 2014, the Affordable Health Care Act is No. 1 on the agenda of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC agenda.
In 2020, a Pandemic struck the shores of America and caused a panic. Scientists across the globe came up with vaccines to help prevent the variant.  Creating TRUST and practices of SAFETY prevention and intervention is a daily PUSH.

INTERNATIONAL - Global & EB-5
Academics and Diversity of People in America

America is the No. 1 leader in worldwide economics and fanfare for all other countries.
The importance of cultures on the world stage is what we are about in channel development and public policy.  We seek Innovation and nuances that connect city-2-city in America and city-to-city America and around the globe - a Welcome Wagon approach.

We are especially interested in the inclusion of African America, other People of Color, and the Work Challenged ideas for ensuring a safer and healthier planet Earth.  Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC sees quality of life and economic development as the drivers for the census tract and neighborhood growth.
