We have been informed that the U.S. Treasury commitment consists of "sanction" tools for those failing to use the AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN FUND as intended.

The ARPA is a Pandemic focused grant resource to provide urgent and targeted funding to defeat the COVID 19/DELTA viruses and provide workers and families the resources they need to survive the pandemic while the vaccine is distributed to every American.  It is a water and Internet downpayment for long-awaited installations for communication and repair of aged pipes.

"The public at large did not have knowledge of this opportunity nor did any alderperson to whom I am personally attached on facebook.  As I peruse our enotify, we did not receive proper notice regarding this.  This lapse of information has dismissed the public at large's opportunity to participate in its civic duty and further the divide that all of these measures, funds, and organizations are working hard to close.

It is with this in mind that as a citizen, the process of solidifying any decision regarding allocations and funding are presented through the news all day long and the opportunity for citizens and taxpayers, homeowners and entrepreneurs, grassroots organizations, churches, and the like have had a chance to review the plan and provide input.  This information must run all day on the milwaukee.gov channels and every news channel and every hours the same as the crimes, reckless driving, and other issues.  In this manner, the print, radio, tv, and internet have all revealed.  In addition, adequate time for the groups to engage and address them must be allotted . . ."     5 Point|5pna

Milwaukeeans are in need of AWARENESS for decision-making.  The People lack:

1.      TIME for deliberation.

2.      DELIVERY of information.

3.      ACCESS to information that is correct, continuous, and allows feedback with Q&A.

4.      MEDIA all day from Milwaukee.gov, local television, newspapers, digital media, tweet networks, U.S. Postal mail, Zoom, outdoor advertising, and virtual forums over 2 weeks.
