2023 BUDGET TOWNHALL - OPEN HOUSE - MEET & GREET Meetings with crowded agendas is a plan meant to fail

September 28, 2022

The city of Milwaukee's MASSIVE BUDGET needs to be introduced and specific line items need to be EXPLAINED.  However, it must be in layman's terms with "common sense", "practicum", "academic" and resilient with step-by-step solutions for improvement.

The "BIG LIE" that comes to the table from the power grabbers, monopoly-oligopoly, lackey enablers for conflict of interest, and criminal thinkers found in our research about who is elected, appointed, hired, volunteered, and donor-for-hire government public servants must bee monitored.

                               Nik Kovac - Budget Director

The main speaker at any town hall, open house, meet-greet, and/or strategic planning session regarding the People's funds in each of its coffers should be Nik Kovac.

Kovac needs to explain to us WHY he wanted to be and became the city of Milwaukee Budget Director.

We simply must have credibility here.

Who does Kovac report to?

He is under the branch of Sharon Adams, Director of Administration?

CALL FOR ACTION

Nik Kovac, Budget Director,  should be sharing a unique plan tonight to help bring the neighborhoods of Enduring Concentrated Poverty and disinvestment - Aldermanic Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6-15 as well as a special explanation of the $billions being shared with Aldermanic District 4 - Bob Bauman (BID 10, 21 & 51, and the Port District) and coming to the forefront by 2025.

Update - 9-30-22

Given the massive takeover of the executive branch - CAVALIER JOHNSON - departments -

  • DCD/Department of City Development
  • DPW/Department of Public Works
  • DNS/Department of Neighborhood Services
  • NIDC/Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation
  • Department of Fire & Police.
Our findings show WASTE, discretionary funding, PET PROJECTS (i.e., Michael Murphy projects), and fiscal irresponsibilities with the People's money.
=============
To have a neighborhood Budget meeting of
1 hour, with 7 speakers minimum about a  NEW administration - Cavalier Johnson and his budget director is IRRESPONSIBLE.

"Alderwoman Milele Coggs your promotion of this meeting speaks to a huge disappointment in your credibility.  Where is CC President Jose G Perez?  The members of the Common Council require due diligence in fiscal management",  said Mary Glass, Chief Researcher, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

IDENTIFYING and REMOVING THE DISCRIMINATORS- CAUCASIANS and AFRICAN AMERICANS

===================

The rightful heirs/stakeholders of Milwaukee are always at the bottom, lacking, without, stigmatized with "less than" and poverty-stricken when we bring the $millions and $billions of resources to the city of Milwaukee and county site.  WHY?

Our research continues to lead us to the same factors, facts and/or issues - people.  They include:

  • DISCRIMINATION - DISCRIMINATION.
  • lack of equality INCLUSION.
  • appropriate statutes created, enforced, and removal of unjust laws.
  • failure to defend the appropriate RULE OF LAW.
  • privileged Caucasians.
  • complicit African Americans.
  • African Americans selling out in Milwaukee, i.e., the Urban League.
  • c-suite, power grabbers, monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian-led groups like Milwaukee 7, MMAC, and Greater Milwaukee Committee.
  • bought and paid for elected, appointed, hired, volunteered, donor-for-hire criminal-thinkers and doers allowed to handle our government business.
  • The ELECTORATE - Core Constituents fail to REMOVE the charter officers who BREACH Oath.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2022

MILWAUKEE, WI || a 17-PAGE report was posted on September 22, 2022, to speak to why Mary Glass, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, is AGAINST the THRIVEON King Drive (TOK) Project.
==============>

This is Investigating reporting that calls for Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Medical College of WI, and Royal Capitol to show the use of the People's funding they wish to use on the corner of Garfield and Martin L. King Drive.

To speak to "pitting African Americans" in the 6th District against each other - Why were they left out - i.e., Laphan Park senior apartments, Hillside, Carver Townhouse, Market Place, and 5 Points for starters.
To speak to why they are with GREED seeking self-indulgence for two Caucasian organizations - Greater Milwaukee Foundation and Medical College of WI known for providing FAVOR funds using the People's funding (i.e., American Rescue Fund).

(Gimbel Schuster building on the corner of Garfield & Dr. ML King Drive)
This 6th District asset MUST BE multiplied for large populations of EMPLOYMENT in IoT - the Internet of Things, G5 talent pool cultivation of seeding quality of life and economic development for our present and coming generations.

Wraparound business development is an option for Royal Capital, GMF, and the Medical College of WI should work with investors of taxpayers, Milele Coggs, Alderwoman-6th District, BID & NID, and any executive branch department that can provide background.

There are so many of our disinvested neighborhoods with ACCESS  to the major federal fundings that are TIF friendly and Smart Growth friendly.

You violated the people of this area.
You did not - do not - value the RESPECT needed for the African Americans of the area.

You are NOT bringing ENOUGH to the OPPORTUNITY.

"Do your homework GMF, MCWI, and Royal Capitol," said Glass.

Be informed.

INTIMIDATORS-BULLIES
Above are some of the businesses - listed as Investors for Milwaukee 7 -  laying claim on the federal funds brought to Milwaukee to improve the many, many disparities for African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged residential-commercial-industrial core constituents.

CLICK the image to Enlarge
The ARPA Task Force members like Milwaukee County ARPA Task Force - A body put together by County Executive David Crowley, Board Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson, and the County Board of Supervisors.

Unfortunately, Crowley's selection, Ricardo Diaz tried to break the rules at the first meeting by trying to approve funds for  "United Way" - one of the cronies.

Jeff Roman, OAAA, failed to provide twice requested information for Mary Glass regarding the implementation and progress from his role as a task force member.

Jason Haas, Finance and Audit Committee, failed to return calls and clarify questions about the "use of funds".

REBIRTH
Rebirth (APRIL 5, 2022 - APRIL 4, 2024) is the Initiative of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC/MPA-LLC that is designed to bring a clear focus on the monopoly-oligopoly power grabbers who have "taken over" the 96.8 square miles for their selfish gains.

Accountability from our CHARTER OFFICERS - mayor and common council (executive and legislative branches) is documented for rule of law recommendations.

The 2 years will provide reporting on American Rescue, Infrastructure, CARES funding, HUD, and other federal funding earmarked to change the climate of despair at the neighborhood level - family level - in urban and rural Wisconsin.  CLICK

We will turn on the REGULATORS in the Joseph Biden/Kamala Harris administration - President and Vice President of the USA.

We will notify and seek the assistance of the state of Wisconsin - Tony Evers, Governor has REGULATORS - starting with the Department of  Financial Institutions and Department of Administration.

the C-suite in Milwaukee - monopoly-oligopoly and power grabbing Caucasian groups

 C-suite

noting or relating to executives at the C-level, the highest management level in an organization: i.e., Chief Operation Officer

C-suite leadership - dictionary.
C-level also called the C-suite, is a term used to describe high-ranking executive titles in an organization. The letter C, in this context, stands for "chief," as in chief executive officer and chief operating officer.  Wikipedia===============
MILWAUKEE PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION LLC's public policy efforts go to the "core".  They are equity, equality inclusive.
We constantly run into the high rollers, power grabbers, gatekeepers, and those who wanna be high rollers.  They make up a powerful Caucasian-led monopoly-oligopoly group - many of the C-suite.We speak "truth to power" to keep the recordkeeping straight.

POWER GRABBERS
For decades, we have seen MMAC/Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce - Tim Sheehy-President, underpin the efforts of Milwaukee 7 and the Greater Milwaukee Committee.  Sheehy holds the questionable position of chairman of Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation/MEDC.  CLICK===============Tim Sheehy, MMAC, and Greater Milwaukee Committee together created MILWAUKEE 7 the next year after Tom Barrett came into office as mayor of the city of Milwaukee in 2004.  It was led by Gale Klappa - We Energies.=========================>
M-7 2012 - Willie Hines, Common Council President

Milwaukee 7 was formed to create a regional, cooperative economic development platform for the seven counties of southeastern Wisconsin: Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Waukesha, and Washington.
This group was formed with the exclusion of African Americans (except Lee Holloway and Willie Hines).  The huge original background corporation were Caucasian members of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and MMAC.
"Hog Wild," tells the story.  CLICK
Gale Klappa - CEO - WE Energies

Joel Brennan  CEO

The two organizations - Milwaukee 7 and the Greater Milwaukee Committee - represent corporation membership.  At the Chamber of Commerce, Sheehy and office staff provided a solid link to local-state-regional-federal government; as a matter of fact, Sheehy came from being a staff member in a government office - a legislative assistant to U.S. Representative F. James Sensenbrenner in Washington, D.C.
The customer service link for 500 companies and the large companies open the door so that the corporations could shop their wares per government requirements.  It also, allowed MMAC TO EXPAND ITS POWER - area of influence.  Thus, EB-5 Visa became one of its services.

Question:  Accountability is needed for the ROI expected for those they did business with from other countries.  What were the projects in Milwaukee?  What were the benefits received by the People?

Tuesday Luncheon- Reggie Moore, Director of Violence Prevention Policy a...

September 19, 2022

MILWAUKEE | ROTARY CLUB - SPEAKERS' FORUM
Reggie Moore's presentation is worth listening to, notetaking, and discussion groups. An excellent tone of voice for delivering and retention in the audience.

He brings a message of a "campaign of knowledge" to identify safety intervention to prevention - then wellness forward for an individual, family, school, and neighborhood.

I look for ideas and action plans to flow for full use of his knowledge base.

A reference for START of the terrain the People of the city must know about, care about and commit to for accountable steps to monitor themselves.

BIDs, TIDs, and NSPs should be ambassadors and implementors for the message and reporters with offices like Moore and the Office of Violence Prevention at the Health Department.

Kirsten Johnson, the Health Department, and Ashanti Hamilton have much to do in training and defining themselves and their staff under the talking points given by Moore, their experiences, and outreach to other-like environments.  It should help them select the STARTING POINT for the city together.

It should define lines of comparison and pathways for the city, county, and state.
=================

NOTE
I know that funding is important, however, know what the funds will be for in a priority format - present and going forward.
Hire folks from the neighborhood.
Competition is necessary for the overall campaign, not the county/city against each other.

DO NOT FORGET TO SHARE.
