It was led by $1,000,000 dollars given by WE Energies, Gale Klappa, CEO.

Above are some of the businesses - listed as Investors for Milwaukee 7 -  laying claim on the federal funds brought to Milwaukee to improve the many, many disparities for African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged residential-commercial-industrial core constituents.

The ARPA Task Force members like Milwaukee County ARPA Task Force - A body put together by County Executive David Crowley, Board Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson, and the County Board of Supervisors.

Unfortunately, Crowley's selection, Ricardo Diaz tried to break the rules at the first meeting by trying to approve funds for  "United Way" - one of the cronies.

Jeff Roman, OAAA, failed to provide twice requested information for Mary Glass regarding the implementation and progress from his role as a task force member.

Jason Haas, Finance and Audit Committee, failed to return calls and clarify questions about the "use of funds".

Rebirth (APRIL 5, 2022 - APRIL 4, 2024) is the Initiative of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC/MPA-LLC that is designed to bring a clear focus on the monopoly-oligopoly power grabbers who have "taken over" the 96.8 square miles for their selfish gains.  

Accountability from our CHARTER OFFICERS - mayor and common council (executive and legislative branches) is documented for rule of law recommendations.

We will notify and seek the assistance of the state of Wisconsin - Tony Evers, Governor has REGULATORS - starting with the Department of  Financial Institutions and Department of Administration.
