On The Issues: Milwaukee’s ThriveOn King Drive/TOK Collaborations, Etc.

MILWAUKEE, WI || ALDERMANIC DISTRICT 6 is the source of the TROJAN for TOK/THRIVEON KING Drive Project.

This is documentation No. 2.  We reject Bait n Switch and/or Smoke n Mirrors - an abuse -  of African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged in the Aldermanic 6th District of Milwaukee. 

We present this argument to KEN ROBERTSON, KEVIN NEWELL, and GREGORY WESLEY.  You let us down. You should "know better". 

Three (3) African American men saying one thing and doing another - selling DISCRIMINATION with self-aggrandizement for Greater Milwaukee Foundation, the Medical College of WI and YOU.

YOU NEED TO GET BUSY CLEANING THIS UP.

Mrs. Lennie Mosely, you let us down. You represent the African American Woman, the queen leader in your house. 

 

Your WISDOM is supposed to be "bar none".  You allowed those folks to "separate us", blow smoke, and pit us against each other. 

You forgot your fellow members of the 6th Aldermanic District as the President of the Halyard Park Association.  You need to get busy helping to clean this up.

It reveals Kevin Newell, Royal Capitol Owner-Developer, Greg Wesley, Medical College of WI (lawyer/strategist/analyst), and Ken Robertson, Greater Milwaukee Foundation (negotiator/strategist) roles for the TOK/ThriveOn King Drive project.  

It reveals the roles of Ellen Gilligan, Greater Milwaukee Foundation and Dr. John Raymond, Medical College of WI.

Listen to Ken Robertson constantly trying to convince us of the opposite of what was obvious.  Yes. Ken.  It is a "top-down" approach that has come with a pre-select plan.

You know because Dr. John Raymond, Medical College of WI selected Royal Capital from a competition.

You know because Ellen Gilligan, Greater Milwaukee Foundation is looking for a place with destinction to say it is GMF headquarters.

Ken you and Gregory repeated and repeated in the interview discussion as if you did not know about the "disinvestment" in the African American neighborhoods.  It is called RACISM-REDLINING-DISCRIMINATION-SEGREGATION.

Gilligan and Raymond are part of the disinvestment.

Ken Robertson, Kevin Newell, and Gregory Wesley, co-chairs, came with a mandate "to sell" to the neighborhoods of HHB/Halyard Park, Harambee, and Brewer's Hill.

What happened to the neighborhoods of Hay Market and for sure, 5 Points of the 6th Aldermanic District?

They say you would not allow their voices.  WHOA.

Lennie Mosely, homeowner, president of the Halyard Association,  and member of the 6th Aldermanic District, you will notice you are using a "sub-role" in your HOUSE.  You are referencing, they allowed you to participate.

Lennie Mosely, homeowner, taxpayer, and president of the Halyard Park Association, you are discussing with the co-chairs what you should be requesting-recommending-mandating/strategizing with Milele Coggs, Alderwoman of the 6th District, Raynetta Hill-Executive Director Business Investment District 8 and BID 8 Board of Directors..  

Alderwoman Coggs is your charter officer/traffic cop for city hall issues - taxes, neighborhood business development for coffee shops, exercise sites, daycare centers' licenses, and wraparound services for the youth and young adults of the district.

Negotiation of a $100-$110 million dollar development in your neighborhood should be a state-of-the-art IT building with residential and commercial internet services; and, a Clearinghouse for chip developments.  They came to you for your assets.  Let them know THEY HAVE A PRICE. 

Let them know that these are resources for the neighborhood stakeholders of the entire district.

You do know that your WORTH allows Kevin Newell, Royal Capitol as well as the framework of foundations for Greater Milwaukee Foundation and the so-called research labs of Medical College of WI.  

They get promises on behalf of your racial worth - tax credits, federal grants, infrastructure, etc.

Make your resources multiply with today's revenue returning for re-investments.  This is NOT about "GIMME".  He died.
