MILWAUKEE || E-SPECIFIC is the NEW citizen-notification from/by MPA-LLC. E-SPECIFIC shares ideas, mandates, IT, and laws on behalf of the People - Parliamentarians.
NEIGHBORHOOD PARLIAMENTARIAN is the name given to the Core Constituents-stakeholders of Milwaukee. These are the folks who represent the population within the 15 Aldermanic Districts - 96.8 square miles. They are primarily African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged individuals.
AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT/ARPA
In the commitment of the Biden/Harris Administration, we are heavily focused on the ARPA signed by President Joseph Biden on March 11, 2021, to provide a human infrastructure stimulus to a country enthralled in a COVID-19 pandemic health crisis - hundreds of thousands of Americans were struck and died without a vaccine. Since 2019, much has been done to empower those of us with vaccinations - 2 shots and a booster.
In the meantime, employees and employers have been forced to go inside and close down outside businesses causing an infrastructure problem that impacted businesses by our workers on the frontline and outdoor workers.
Thirdly, we have had an infrastructure problem with our government having cash/funding to help job loss and regular support from an economy based on disparities of those being evicted, left without child care, lack of health care, and put at-risk on frontline employment workers during the pandemic (grocery workers, transit drivers/workers, meat packers, emergency medical technician, police, and medical staff).
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESSES have had it hard before and during the pandemic staying alive and seeking ways to implement Smart Growth in building the INFRASTRUCTURE'S bottom line, hire employees, increase wages, provide healthcare, installation of Broadband, and other benefits for competitiveness.
MPA-LLC calls for the many banks that we have anchored in the city of Milwaukee and surrounding areas that are receiving benefits through direct expectations from the federal government.
Since the banks are not properly linked to Milwaukeeans to grow neighborhood businesses with resources made to enhance the engagement of businesses in the 15 aldermanic districts, we start with the 21 resources around the table of Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation/MEDC - a business that has grown exponentially OVER the last 25 years through the direct assets of the city of Milwaukee tax credits.
It is also a power-broker that DOES NOT have enough members of the board, staff, and business ventures supporting African Americans and Equity Inclusion.
E-Specific abhors behaviors - Code of Conduct - that uses race, cronyism, low income, discrimination, redlining, and the appearance of Conflict of Interest as part of the way a bank and/or financial group conduct business. CoI is a NO-NO.

E-Specific Notify will help document and PULL-THE-ALARM on "menacing atmospheres" within policymaking resolutions/laws, unacceptable decorum by charter officers, failure to follow state statute 66.1001(4)(a), an appearance of a conflict of interest, MISUSE OF FUNDING, spending of American Rescue Plan funding, Infrastructure funding, and Build Back Better funding without the approval of Milwaukeeans.
