Over the next 48 days for the April 5 voting, Milwaukeeans can view the authenticity of CAVALIER JOHNSON and BOB DONOVAN "bona fides" .
Given the huge assessment of approximately a - half-million dollars in Johnson's campaign chest, he is suspect to bad/buy-in money.
Voters of Milwaukee can see how $420 million dollars were rolled out in October 2021 earmarked to Wisconsin Center District team with NO notification and authorization of core constituents.
How EVE HALL, Urban League, PEGGY WILLIAM-SMITH-Visit Milwaukee President, and MARTY BROOKS-WI Center District CEO are so gleeful with the ribbon cutting and planning of our funding resources from Tax Increment Funding, CARES, AMERICAN RESCUE, and INFRASTRUCTURE funding.
They have ignored state statute 66.1001(4)(a).
That makes Hall, William-Smith, and Brooks offensive. Since Cavalier Johnson is 100% supportive of this wrongdoing, he is seen as offensive.
Johnson is not seen as a TRUSTWORTHY individual to represent our city. We are just coming from the leadership of 2 notorious mayors that failed the description of the mayors, engaged in criminal acting DISCRIMINATION, and in-your-face ignoring African Americans.
Both Bob Donovan and Cavalier Johnson have had tenue at 200 E. Wells with lack-luster legislator leadership.

The groundbreaking event commemorates the next phase of the Wisconsin Center expansion project
MILWAUKEE - (Oct. 28, 2021) - The Wisconsin Center District (WCD) leadership and board members, elected officials and community leaders broke ground for the Wisconsin Center expansion Thursday morning. The $420 million project will take up one square city block on Kilbourn Avenue, between Vel R. Phillips Avenue and Sixth Street, and include 650,000 square feet of space, bringing the total Wisconsin Center footprint to over 1.3 million square feet.

The CODE OF CONDUCT by our 15 alderpersons is mandatory in how our business is conducted for our city of Milwaukee. We provide funding through our residential, commercial, and federal funds for hired staff to help in the alleviation of endemic and pandemic occurrences. This is long-term.
We expect our legislators to operate professionally, to do their homework for any and all support they can provide.
No excuse for biases, DISCRIMINATION, and DOUBLE STANDARDS.
Since this is a capitalist city that legalizes the sale and use of alcohol, we know in today's social environment it CAN/WILL present unwanted behaviors we must provide policies and practices that are FAIR and LONG-TERM viable.
Unfortunately, the LICENSE COMMITTEE led by Chair Milele Coggs has been found UNSATISFACTORY toward the reinsurance/reissue of the license for MR. J'S Lounge.
Just as the License Committee is listing reasons, we too find Alderwoman Coggs guilty of questionable decisions to African American businesses.
As a matteer of fact, she failed in the License of one of my clients (MC COLE, 17/18TH FOND DU LAC). My client invested funds of $88K of his money and was denied a license.
Alderwoman Coggs allowed - allowed RUSSELL STAMPER, 15th Alderman to outright lie and she held him up. You know MC Cole came to your office and left the papers. You said, nothing lady.
I bet there are many who can give chapters and verses of your ARROGANCE.

Mr J's Lounge is Milwaukee's premier nightclub for mature adults 30 and older. We offer a unique blend of old and new school music tastes and cater to the responsible drama-free patrons looking for a reputable and safe entertainment nightspot.
For nearly 45 years of operation, Mr J's has provided a safe and secure entertainment atmosphere for its patrons. However, as the City of Milwaukee continues to experience its share of crime and violence. Mr J's have found itself embroiled, mislabeled, and maligned by others as a magnet for these unfortunate events.
On February 16th, 2022 during its renewal before the City's Licensing Committee. Mr J's Lounge was denied licensing renewal, in part due to factors which are of no fault of Mr. J’s and outside of its control. These factors include crimes which rise out of individuals with personal conflicts and confrontations or property damage resulting out of negligence and opportunity. Shootings, Personal Injury crimes and Property thefts is at a all time high in Milwaukee and occur throughout the city continuously. However, rarely are they considered the fault of an establishment or business. Mr. J’s Lounge should not be made an exception to this rule and should not be made to take the blame for occurrences that are beyond its control.
Mr. J’s Lounge always have and will continue to be a responsibly-operated business and good corporate citizen to its community. Our obligation is to continue to provide a safe environment for our customers, as well as earn the business, support and trust of our patrons and neighborhood. This is our number priority.
In closing; We are asking you to sign and share our online petition in support of our appeal of our license denial. With your support we hope that our appeal will be accepted and the actions of the City of Milwaukee License Committee be rescinded and our license to operate be restored in full.

Through MPA-LLC continuous research, we are surprised and disappointed to see the hidden and unhidden Caucasians with agendas and African Americans being GATEKEEPERS/gatekeepers seeking false positions while using our African
American massive destruction through OUR people being KILLED by DISCRIMINATION-SEGREGATION-REDLINING-21st century slaughter-enslavement-hanging-lynching-poverty-murder and self-blame".
ABHM is being asked to sell the idea to African Americans to "PROMISE TO NOT BLAME CAUCASIAN". TO NOT HOLD ACCOUNTABLE THE CAUCASIANS WHO HAVE AND CONTINUE TO WRONG DO US.

MILWAUKEE (15 Aldermanic Districts) - Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC has added VOTING to its RSVP RSVP RSVP 2-year American Rescue Plan Act and Infrastructure democracy accountability.
The city of Milwaukee is in the transition of massive changes in the leadership of the position of Mayor. Thomas Mark Barrett resigned during his 4-year term of 2020-2024.
He left the city in a disarray and 2 years to complete on his 4-year term,
A special election was ordered for 2022-2024. The dates are February 15, 2022, and April 5, 2022.

The winners shared by the Election Committee of Milwaukee are Cavalier Johnson and Bob Donovan.
MPA-LLC takes the lead in "thanking" Candidate Lena Taylor for her candidacy and each candidate that ran for office. We have discovered some rude awakenings over the last week that have changed who will be in the Milwaukee mayor's office.
Heavy outside influence has come and MUCH will change.
Also, given the questionable administrations of John Olof Norquist and Thomas Mark Barrett's disregard for the quality of life and return on investment (ROI) for African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans, the office of Mayor MUST change. The leadership can not continue down the pathway of Brookings Enduring Concentrated Poverty with indicators predicting as evident by inequality and apartheid report-after-report i.e. The State of Black Milwaukee by Dr. Marc Levine.
President Joseph Biden has provided an attachment to the CARES funding, through the AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT and INFRASTRUCTURE funding.
Correct use of these massive dollars will provide the right leadership for working with Milwaukeeans. The huge funding can remove us from the mired quicksand that plague African Americans.
However, the wild spending of our federal dollars has gone consistently to Caucasian power grabbers and cronies, i.e., Wisconsin Center District $420 million with NO specificity - in writing and agreed upon by Milwaukeeans through State Statute 66.1001(4)(a) processes for change for Re-Defining, Re-Branding, and Un-Trapping Milwaukeeans in Dr. Levine's disparity report.
Additionally, President Joseph Biden has provided a phenomenal amount of federal dollars that are meant to address COVID-19 health care, lead in the water, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT and broadband - four issues that are badly needed and will jumpstart conditions and heal WOUNDS connected to the crises at the neighborhood level - poverty, shootings, murders, homicides, erratic behaviors, homelessness, un- and under-employment, eviction, start-up money, etc. Our money is being misused.
We begin with clear specifics for monitoring both candidates - Cavalier Johnson and Bob Donovan.

Johnson and Donovan will bump heads and politics will explode.
We want to put at the helm a strong public policy representative with an appreciation of honoring her/his OATH for the heirs/citizens of Milwaukee. We will take the two (2) years - 2022 to 2024 - to INVESTIGATE and recommend a powerhouse that is a TRUSTWORTHY PARTNER we can work with.
2024 is the year.
