MILWAUKEE || Cavalier Johnson, 1 of the 7 candidates for Mayor of the City of Milwaukee for the next two (2) years gave a 2022 Mayor's State of the City Speech that was perceived and listed in this article of  
"In conflict of interest".

The OBJECTION by Milwaukeean Mary Glass was Cavalier  Johnson's speech allowed an "advantage" for him NOT afforded the other 6 candidates in this SPECIAL ELECTION in the Spring for the remaining 2 years of Tom Barrett's 4-year term. 

The Duties and authority calls for authorization of privileges of the mayor, common council president, and the acting mayor.

Succession of mayor via common council president is convoluted and filled with happenstance by way of power grabbers, political party the like.  It is NOT per the 200,000 PLUS registered voters that vote.

Yes. the SOCA/State of the City Address is given in Milwaukee annually.
Yes. it is given by the ELECTED MAYOR and/or by succession Acting Mayor.
Yes. it is a way to SHOWCASE leadership and ideas of goodwill.

NO. Candidate Johnson.  You are running for this position.  


There are six (6) other individuals seeking ELECTION for the leadership position of MAYOR.  
STOP THE STEAL.
