MILWAUKEE, WI || MILWAUKEEANS in 96.8 square miles must lead BLACK LIVES MATTER through the historic lens of Dr. James Herbert Cameron, the Black teen (16 years old) who escaped lynching in Marion, Indiana. The lens that introduced the death of 2 other Black teens who were "lynched" while James Cameron was incarcerated. The incident tells of a murder/robbery INCIDENT.

Cameron became a due diligent civil rights activist.
He was the founder of 3 chapters of the NAACP/National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in Indiana. We expect a detailed outreach to the NAACP of Milwaukee for consultation.

THEREFORE, we seek African Americans with authenticity in each of the 15 aldermanic districts of Milwaukee as strategic planning and SMART GROWTH CITY consultants who worked with Dr. Cameron.The recent PURCHASES and engagements of real estate of the Department of Natural Resources and the Martin Luther King Library will be monitored for accountability and spending of our money for Core Constituents.It is imperative that the various projects of MLKing Library - General Capital Group LLP & EMEM Group, Milwaukee Central Library, Bronzeville Center for the Arts board, Thrive onKing, Medical College of WI, Dohmen Co. Foundation, Inc., Niche Book, DSK-DEBORAH KERN, DCD AND BOARD OF ZONING, MAURES DEVELOPMENT GROUP, AFRICAN-AMERICAN ARTISTS BEGINNINGTO EDUCATE AMERICANS, ETC. are to be approved by state statute 66.1001(4)(a).
