MPA-LLC/Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, an independent public policy VOICE that has launched RSVP, a 2021-2025 timeframe to HELP PROFECT PROFESSIONAL engagement of "CONTENT & CONTEXT of public administration of the 3-part funding of American Rescue Plan, infrastructure plan, and Build Back Better plans. We also will provide an E-Specific protocol of the investment of the CARES and other federal funds to see that the five stages of the policy process are taken seriously in the use of the funds through (1) agenda setting, (2) formulation, (3) adoption, (4) implementation and administration, and (5) evaluation.
EvaluationThe first stage of evaluation will commence in February 2022 of the first TRANCHE funding for the state, Milwaukee County, City of Milwaukee, and Milwaukee Public School.
