Blue Chip Companies - HIDDEN TALENT @ the Neighborhood and Census Tract level of Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE |  Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is a "Blue Chip" company in the making.  It calls upon potential "Blue Chip" companies of the city of Milwaukee at the neighborhood and census tract level.  They are referred to as "HIDDEN TALENT/HT" - Diamonds in the Rough and Blue Chip.   HT represents the vetted-by-the-neighborhood stakeholders/consumers and organizations that will be noted and courted for to Re-DEFINE, Re-BRAND and Un-TRAP quality of life and economic development processes within the urban city of Milwaukee.

Blue Chip is defined by Investopedia as:  The name "blue chip" came about because in the game of poker the blue chips have the highest value. A nationally recognized, well-established and financially sound company. Blue chips generally sell high-quality, widely accepted products and services. Blue chip companies are known to weather downturns and operate profitably in the face of adverse economic conditions, which helps to contribute to their long record of stable and reliable growth.

Economic Engines
Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, public policy and channel development leadership identify Blue Chip stakeholders to be African American, other People of Color, Work Challenged individuals, organizations and industries of the half-million population that are concentrated at the neighborhood census tracts.  They are the residential, commercial, industrial and non-profit stakeholders with like-minds for controlling their destiny in quality of life and economic development in the city of Milwaukee.

Glass said, "My office has selected All Hands on Deck, WE CAN "grand bargain" to be the implementation of the Affordable Health Care law.  We can create DYNAMISM within the 97 square miles of Milwaukee by kick-starting and obtaining value-added urban chronic health care, population health planning, myopic review and participation in neighborhood level accountable care organizations, increasing financial wherewithal for business development-education-technology attainment and the creation of IPOs through monetizing ideas and business plans of hidden talent.  We, at MPA LLC, see nothing but options in the economy with assets of the People.  The Affordable Health Care law brings uniqueness to the citizenry with social security, medicare and medicaid's mission for successful implementation of options for improved/better health care, health wellness and cost-savings.  It is nourishing the People-assets and the importance of 'beneficiaries' calling the shots.  Too often and by-design, the People are left out of blueprinting, finger printing and DNA of the Infrastructure for self sustainability.  We will implement just the opposite."
