Event Description:
The purpose of this 8-week qualitative study will be to discover how self-expressive writing can be used as a therapeutic intervention. This research study serves veterans, family members and health care professionals.
During the writing sessions, you have the opportunity to reflect, build self-confidence, share your thoughts, and gain friendships. The self-expressive writing sessions encourages you to reflect and discover meaning in your life. This is a chance to explore one-self through a variety of fun writing activities.
The writing sessions will take place every Wednesday starting April 4th, from 1:00 until 2:00PM located at DryHootch.
