CITY OF MILWAUKEE (January 15, 2016) - It is Day 29 of the City of Milwaukee probe by the US Department of Justice Community Oriented Policing Services. The team that Director Ronald Davis spoke of that would be conducting the "DEEP-DIVE" investigation is led by George Fancher.
We WELCOME him and each of the team members that will conduct the "thoroughly and independent" research.
Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer call upon all who are 18 years and older to JOIN in shaping the delivery of the probe through the input of those who have witnessed patterns and practices of wrongdoing and denial by others with a blind eye.
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is conducting the eyes and ideas of the PEOPLES' TRIBUNAL.
PEOPLES' TRIBUNAL is guidance in Information gathering and sharing sessions and documentation for assuring that Milwaukeeans, especially African Americans, other People of Color and Work Challenged individuals are at the table from beginning to end. Documentation that is "of-for-by" the People rather than from some individuals from local universities and government funded agencies.
Milwaukee has and have had the highest number of African American men incarcerated in the United States. Many are from Milwaukee and many live in and have families in zip code 53206. They and their family members can give patterns and practices.
Individuals with felony and misdemeanor identity are to be a priority in the research and data gathering. Their invaluable input to "patterns and practices" require enhance methods of outreach and protection to inmates and those on parole/probation of the DOC system for information sharing.
We can start with sites with local incarceration, i.e., Chaney Correction on 30th and Fond du Lac Avenue and the Women's Correctional Center, 609 W. Keefe in the city of Milwaukee.
