Ms. "P" Goes out as the BEST IN SHOW - Westminister Kennel Club

February 18, 2015
NEW YORK - The 2015 Westminister Kennel Club All-bred Dog Show held at Madison Square Garden selected a 4 year, 15 inch Beagle.  The 139 Dog show entries for the show included 2,711 dogs from 48 different states and Washington, plus 14 foreign countries. A pair of new breeds competed for the first time, but neither the Coton de Tulear nor the Wirehaired Vizla advanced past the group stage.

This year's show was just as "showy" as always.  For a 4 year old Beagle from British Columbia, it was the BEST.  Ms. P is off to retirement from the Dog Shows to motherhood after the February 17, 2015 win for breeding another Beagle for entry in the years to come.

Owned by Eddie Dziuk and Lori and Kaitlyn Crandlemire of Enderby, Miss P is formally known as Ch Tashtins Lookin For Trouble. This week marked her second showing at Westminster, and her 20th career Best in Show prize. The Crandlemires plan to retire Miss P from competition after her big win Tuesday.
