Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association was able to sit in on the first hour of the meeting.  Glass said, "the group has the potential of galvanizing the first-line discussion for creating the necessary framework for hands-on changes that will impact the high UNEMPLOYMENT of People of Color and Women in Milwaukee.  Since African Americans have the highest unemployment rate, a model of change should start there.  MPA will certainly monitor this group for growth and partnering for the All Hands on Deck, WE, Action Initiative.
