CALL for Action - Milwaukee City and Supervisor Delegation

MILWAUKEE - It is the fourth month of the 2012 Leap year - a year with many, many phenomenal changes to come.

A year that the people have an opportunity to "lay-order" in the iconic city of Milwaukee.

It is time out for the swindling, bait-n-switch, smoke-n-mirrors, massive discrimination of People of Color, gambling with the future of Milwaukeeans, using force, demonizing and abuse to control, putting on airs, saying-one-thing but outsourcing the federal and large deposits of funds "earmarked to improve quality of life and economic development for Milwaukeeans, but channeled to non-Milwaukeeans and powerbrokers in deals behind the door.

It is time-out for our elected representatives to turn a blind eye and pass bills that they have not read but received a call to vote for.

It is time-out for the People of Milwaukee to "sit-on-their hands" by not voting out those YOU KNOW are not doing anything and have not done anything to raise the status of Milwaukee. We need more than "SEAT WARMERS" and individuals drawing a paycheck seeking a pension. Since they have no shame, let's remove them. If they are not removed, take stock and ridicule behavior in the public square.

For those representatives that we know have not honored their position, have not held up their end of Code of Conduct and manage to get through April 3, 2012, we must do the following:
-- turnup the heat on HIGH April 4, 2012 with expectations.
-- followed by federal scrutiny (each federal department that provide funding).
-- request "sanctions" where necessary to help ensure that "business-as-usual has no place."
-- post in the public square Code of Conduct of city and county representatives.
-- seek state legislation that mandate stricter ENFORCEMENT of use of funds.

If the Code of Conduct says they have been thinking that they are "entitled" to their seat without showing Code of Conduct that is in-line with the position held, transparency of use of the People's assets, specifics that build economic development at the neighborhood level for private enterprise, specifics that show that in their districts changes have been and are being made for improvement of quality of life and economic development; and, they are active at the neighborhood level for a ground up recovery with technology and education attainment connected to cerificates and degrees.

Any elected official that is found to "outsource" any city assets including the TIFs/Tax Increment Districts and providing critical mass to out-of-city and major power brokers without partnership deals that work with neighborhood businesses is grounds for public square ridicule for as long as necessary.
