Bank of America $10 Million, Common Ground Announcement by Alderman Murphy suspect

Alderman Michael Murphy - 10th District

MILWAUKEE, WI - 7:25pm, August 9, 2011, Today Milwaukee Alderman Michael Murphy, 10th District announced a "deal" he and Bob Connolly, Common Ground, have put together that will tap into the $10 million in market-rate mortgage loans over the next four years in the city of Milwaukee in an effort to work with city community organizations to counter foreclosures.

Bank of America, along with Wells Fargo Bank of America, along with Wells Fargo Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank, is working with Common Ground, an area organized aimed at preventing foreclosures, on the Milwaukee Rising Project.

It sounds like Sherman Park is the area; and, Caucasians are as usual are the decision makers and deal makers. What African Americans are working with Connolly and Murphy in a decision making - deal maker/breaker role?

Common Ground changed its demographic name from Greater Milwaukee.
Greater Milwaukee is also a "code" for Caucasian flight from Milwaukee for a larger population of Caucasian, i.e., Milwaukee county or southeastern Wisconsin. The dominant population is the city of Milwaukee it is made up of People of Color.

Local Initiaitve Support Corporation will receive in addition to the commitment to provide market-rate mortgage loans, Bank of America will contribute $100,000 annually for three years to the Local Initiatives Support Corp. to acquire, fix up and resell vacant houses.

Again, the gangs are all here; lined up for the funding that comes to the iconic and sovereign name of Milwaukee that brings and/or allows major funding and other resources. Below is the photo of who is on Common Ground website that answer the question, "Who is Common Ground"?  Where are the African American and other People of Color?

Where are the African American, People of Color and the Work-Challenged?

"From what I see, this is another exercise of OUTSOURCING funds from Milwaukeeans and Milwaukee.

It reminds me of the notorious Milwaukee 7, an all Caucasian ran organization that came in about 2005 with the happy assistance of Mayor Tom Barrett.

The code word for "Caucasian flight" is Southeastern Wisconsin. However, Milwaukee has the sovereign power of policies tied to "federal government" funding. Wake up Milwaukeeans.

Alderman suspect
Murphy is suspect because of his actions to reach outside when the bulk of Milwaukeeans are of Color. Also, the ongoing lack of transparency, segregation and discrimination is alive and well in Milwaukee City Hall.

Lastly, his "lone alderman" approach to exclude African Americans, members of the neighborhoods and leaders of the City of Milwaukee in his Press Release regarding youth-teen upheaval at State Fair Park causes his actions going forward to be extremely suspect and we are including his efforts in our Open Discrimination Complaint - a call for thorough investigation and correction at both the state and federal levels.

Just as we do not condone and will work to correct the "wrong behavior" of the teens for bad behavior, we will also work to "put-in-check" adult elected-appointed-hired-volunteered representatives that request-receive-share funding on behalf of Milwaukeeans.

We must STOP the ongoing discrimination that by design "trap" generation of People of Color. That causes massive disparities and create concentrated poverty.

This week there was a HUD Housing seminar that the Mayor was pushing. Did he and Alderman Murphy let the people know about this Plan A/B project of COMMON GROUND?
