Milwaukee Professionals Association launched All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative on January 23, 2010 with the goal of flipping the economy in the 190 neighborhoods of Milwaukee and eradicating Enduring Concentrated Poverty - to advance "economic affluence" by creating a NEW Middle Class in 10 years through a BOTTOM-UP Recovery program. It is "re-defining", "re-branding" and "un-trapping" over a half-million people in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Brazil has enjoyed enormous growth, averaging over 3% from 1991 until 2010...and reaching a historic high of 10.1% in March of 1995. People in the favelas are making more money, and moving up to the middle class.
