Happy Mother's Day Ma

Mama was my greatest teacher, a teacher of compassion, love and fearlessness. If love is sweet as a flower, then my mother is that sweet flower of love.

Today we celebrate the lady (Ma, Mother, Mama, Momma, Mom) that produced and carried the egg to term for a girl, boy and multiple births - one at-a-time or over time.  She is a special caretaker a gift from God Almighty of physical, emotional, and overall mystical dreams.  She denies herself to help ensure that we have the best she can offer.  She helps form our behavior and values.  She is gentle and yet can be stern to seize a teachable moment.  She has parents that she provide history and linkage to a grandmother, grandfather, aunts, uncles and cousins.   These are some qualities of my Mother.

In addition to being a mother and wife, my mother was a practicing Christian, Educator, and speaker.

She LOVED her four (4) children and daily made it known through spoken words and actions.  She had standards with roles and responsibilities for each of us.  How well we knew.  And since she came from a history of doers, her children were given marching orders for better-best Code of Conduct. 

This meant that she was busy from sun up to evening every day.  We, my two junior sisters, and one junior brother were blessed to have her chosen to be our Mother.   

Today, I send love to my Mother, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, sister-in-law and cousins that are Mothers.  Happy Mother's Day Ms. Jeanette - Madame Queen.
