Wisconsin Democratic Party and Wisconsin Republican Party Still do not get it

                           Wisconsin Republican Party and Wisconsin Democratic Party

=====================================================
A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.
Martin Luther King, Jr.

MILWAUKEE(MPA) - The historic RECALL election gave the gubernatorial candidates of the Democratic and Republican Party an opportunity to REACH OUT to ALL Wisconsinites, especially high Urban populations that are Independent - African American, other People of Color and the Work Challenged (un-, under-employed; un-, under-degreed and certificated; un-, under-financed neighborhood-level business; disabled; and re-entry - especially those returning from WAR, INCARCERATION, BOOMERANG EMPLOYMENT, BOOMERANG RETIREMENT and DEGREED students without employment) in a solidarity and game-changing way.

They are a huge BLOCK of Independent voters that have just HAD IT with greed, discrimination, demonizing, disrespect, gamed for federal funds, and being treated as if they are INVISIBLE - taken for granted.

Did you notice that People of Color were not seen in critical mass at the Wisconsin Capitol?
They do not have the middle class paying jobs.
They know in Milwaukee that the jobs were/are outsourced to other nearby counties of the state and out-of-the-state to Caucasians.  It is documented time and time again.  Yet, they are tagged with stereotypical comments and many families, hidden talent flounder.

The Recall was a time to call ALL to the table in a competitive manner, not you and me divisive manner.  Because we are all just a paycheck or two-three from the open-ended door of Poverty; it was a time for coalition-building for the infrastructure building of the state.

It was a time for those excited about their livelihood, quality of life and economic development to see how so many people of our state have had to deal with "by-design" inefficiencies that were bait-n-switch politics that have crippled dreams, ideas, and for many generations their aspirations.

Since both Walker and Barrett, final candidates, have/had tenure in the City of Milwaukee - gain a serious following during their last 8 years - since both candidates bear positions of leadership and an Oath of Office to the state and U.S. Constitution that call for Inclusion; they missed a huge opportunity of "molding concensus" in synergy.
======================

Therefore, the State of Wisconsin lost, even though the Republicans and supporters of Governor Scott Walker survived the Recall.

Even though the Democrats regain the majority of the legislature.

There is a lasting taste left in many mouths that complicates our Economic Outlook that splits more than two ways.  Wisconsinites liquidity lie in the confidence of ALL-the-people that they have BUY-IN as stake-stockholders - Democracy, not oligopoly or monopoly.

L-R:  Mike Tate and Brad Courtney

Republican State Party Chairman Brad Courtney and Democratic State Party Chairman Mike Tate need to roll up their sleeve and become consensus builders for Wisconsinites - ALL Wisconsinites.  Brad Courtney is from the Milwaukee area - business in Milwaukee and resides in Whitefish Bay.  Mike Tate is in the Dane county urban area.
Mike Tate has an opportunity the next two days at the Democratic convention to REWIND.
====================

If Wisconsinites are to be affluent players in the national and global supermarket, the privileged ME, must become, All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me wiseness.
