WI Legislators' Public Square Notice - Open Complaint Against UW Regents

On the advent (Monday, July 18, 2011) of Chancellor Emeritus David Ward becoming the Interim Chancellor for University of WI – Madison for the next 12 months; we remind the legislators that they have not stepped up and provided a response of any kind to our many contacts directly and “copied”; nor have you informed my office of an investigation to the flagrant malfeasance and misfeasance acts against the citizenry submitted to your attention and the WI State Attorney General during (but started before) the 2010-2011 Search and Selection of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee of the 8th Chancellor – An Open Complaint of Discrimination, Segregation, Conflict of Interest, Lack of Access to the Board, refused meetings and public records, and lack of compliance to Chapter 36 State Statute, i.e., 36.01(2) (7)(09) brought to your attention by Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association.

We further make “public” that this is not keeping with WI Legislators’ Oath of Office, state-and-federal guidelines, our state Constitution and our United States Constitution.

You know and we make known that this is against the law and therefore an offense against a class of Milwaukee/Wisconsin citizens of Milwaukee, namely African American, other People of Color and the Work-Challenged (un-, under-employed; un-, under-skilled; un-, under-capitalized businesses at the neighborhood-level, disabled; and re-entry; especially those reentering from WAR, INCARCERATION, boomerang employment and boomerang retirement).
