It is that time again - Walk for the United Negro College Fund.
Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 8:30 am on Second and Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee.
BOOSTING Education attainment of students to and throughout college.
"A mind is a terrible thing to waste" - so help us reach our fundraising goal of $200,000 to support scholarships for Wisconsin students and support programming at our 39 member colleges and universities. We will work our bodies with the 3.1 mile walk or certified run and refresh our spirit with family, friends, and conversation as we continue the course from downtown streets to the beautiful Lakefront.
