I Agree Mr. President

“The American people may have voted for divided government, but they didn’t vote for a dysfunctional government,” said President Obama. “So I’m asking you all to make your voice heard. If you want a balanced approach to reducing the deficit, let your member of Congress know.”

WHITE HOUSE, USA - Last night for about 15 minutes the country was face-to-face with President Barack Obama.

As regularly seen, he was in grand style - considerate, poised, savvy, in control and on point.

He was especially resonating to me when he spoke of Americans working each day very hard, coming home bone-tired (if they are fortunate enough to have a home - over 3.5 million Americans each year are homeless), and instead of turning on the television and hearing what our elected officials in Washington are doing that will help ease our burdens (one of the reasons for elected officials); instead they see the dysfunctional 3-ring circus. He is right on. And, yes, we are offended Mr. President.

We must all step up to the plate to compromise - NO ONE is EXEMPT.
However, the cuts must be as lean and sound as possible with the NOW and the FUTURE in mind.

Yes, paying taxes is a must for those that are fortunate to be millionaires and billionaires. They should be in-line (like those "unemployed") to pay their special gift to the coffers of America. Many are able to be Millionaires and Billionaires while those that help them acquire the wealth are now on the verge of having their entitlements CUT.

Speaker Boehner and the majority members of the House of Representatives need to hear from us, "in mass".

Take a listen and see what you think.
