UW Regents Accountability in the Public Square

University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents

UW Board of Regents conducted a Badly Flawed and Bias Selection Process for the selection of Chancellor Michael Lovell, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee
- Failed/Refused to respond to public inquiries and to Meet with Mary Glass, Chair/CEO Milwaukee Professionals Association (Neighborhood-Level Protagonist) for solution-building

Public Policy: Accountability Matters
Area: UW Regents

Public Square
All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative

Wisconsin Senate

MILWAUKEE, WI
As we continue with the "Open Complaint" against the discriminatory and incorrect practices conducted during the UW Board of Regents Selection Process for the 8th Chancellor of UW-Milwaukee, we are urging the state legislators, the governor and WI Government of Accountability to authorize the WI Attorney General or some special task force to provide recommendations for prevention and intervention of violations that include state statute violations, UW Select Mission, conflict of interest and discrimination; since the Attorney General’s office have said they are limited by law passed by legislature, which makes their primary function as legal counsel of state agencies, including the Board of Regents.

Wisconsin Assembly

Upcoming UW-Madison Chancellor
This is especially timely since the UW Regents are now engaged in the selection of an Interim Chancellor and ultimately a Chancellor for the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Wisconsin is in varied "discussions" in the public square for not only our complaints of discrimination, conflict of interest and bias conduct; there are budget constraints and recent upheaval that is driving unfavorable public opinion already of the State of Wisconsin.
