INDIVISIBLE - Milwaukee (the Hub) comments on Harley Davidson and Trump Visits

Matthew S Levatich - CEO, Harley Davidson

February 2, 2017
MILWAUKEE | Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, calls for Indivisible groups in the Milwaukee and Chicago area to speak up and out - to put on notice Harley Davidson Milwaukee - the importance of RESPECT by those in the public square in manufacturing and all areas of trade and labor when it comes to hosting events with Donald John Trump in Milwaukee as well as at the White House.

According to a telephone call by Glass today to Maripat Blankeheim, Director Corporate Communication, executives of Harley Davidson are meeting today with Trump at the White House.

CNN Politics
Harley-Davidson issued a statement Tuesday night saying they "don't have, nor did we have, a scheduled visit from the President this week at any of our facilities."
"We are proud to have hosted Presidential visits at our facilities. Three of the last five presidents -- Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton -- have visited us at our facilities. These visits are a testament to the pride and passion of our employees and their great work building Harley-Davidson motorcycles," said Maripat Blankenheim, director of Harley-Davidson's corporate communication. "We look forward to hosting the president in the future."
We must remind Levatichthem of the disgraceful manner in which so many in the United States and elsewhere have been; and, are daily being vilified by DJT, the 45th President.

To remind Harley Davidson that if they respect their brand, want to support their brand, want to remain true to its stockholders for revenue sales, be a corporation in "good standing" and foster an image that is not counter-productive to labor, racist, misogynist, homophobic, and disrespectful to the Muslim religion or those individuals who are Muslim, they should not be seen aiding and abetting the wrongful behavior now or going forward.
