City Center Milwaukee | Day 51 | Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC continues to "bear fruit" in the public policy square. She recently joined the US Press Association for her Press identification and association.
Established in 1999, The US Press Association was founded on the belief that freelance journalists, (bloggers, photographers, podcasters, videographers, writers, and those associated with radio and other publications) should be entitled to the same rights, privileges and treatment as our counterparts that work in "mainstream media".
We are "mainstream" we are the fastest growing segment of journalism! We are the future of journalism!
Recognizing the importance that "NEW MEDIA" was going to have on the world we live in, the US Press Association had and still has the vision that freelance journalists of all varieties need an outlet for their stories 'YOUR STORIES', and an organization that will be there to help and support them every step of the way. The US Press Association also offers membership to the US Free Public Press, The Freelance Columns and with our increasing number of international members the International Freelance Journalists Association or IFJA.
