Stewardship - AHOD
In order for the People of Milwaukee, taxpayers and stakeholders who "live" in Milwaukee, those who are "literal representatives" of the population (594,833) and are Milwaukeeans, to advance from Enduring Concentrated Poverty; they must know how their municipal government works on behalf of and adversely to their will.
The People must know about, be an intricate part of; and, monitor the efforts that take place at City Hall, 200 E. Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
They are to create and maintain the "OPTICS", especially what is done on the 2nd Floor on the South end - Mayor Tom Barrett's office and 2nd Floor on the North end - Common Council President Michael Murphy, 14 other alderpersons that represent the people and the office of the City Clerk.
So, we started the 4-Month Atonement assessment on Saturday, May 17, 2014 with the Office of the City Clerk - Ground Zero for the Common Council - the collective body that represents one of the districts (15) for due process. The City Clerk's office is the brain center and "clearinghouse" for files, legislation, resolutions, statutes, and the day-to-day running of government in a pre- and post-decision making state.
Who better to serve on the committees, boards and authorities than "literal representatives", those who live, work, build business, raise a family, go to school and invest in the city's coffers than stakeholders at the census tract and neighborhood level? They would put a Milwaukee inclusive face on city government boards, authorities and commissions.
