A main goal is to identify and follow the funding earmarked for the census tract and neighborhood level for better use of all government funding and the efficiency of its use as well as to address policies that are barriers and threats to the success of the stakeholders of the city of Milwaukee and their nearby neighbors in southeastern Wisconsin.
