The assembly discussion is held in the Amani Neighborhood, 15th District of the city of Milwaukee; however, its findings will include all 15 districts.  

MPA LLC has made channel development that includes ATE/advocacy-training-education attainment as the first step in neighborhood strategic planning and public policy awareness.


Growing the economics and quality of  life issues of the day-to-day infrastructure and Upscalability in liefstyle for marketing and competitiveness is focused at the census tract and neighborhood level.  Economic growth requires access and literacy of the internet and its wifi, digital, mobile, and cloud use of data.

Smart Growth buy-in is imperative for hidden talent and vetted shop-owners at the neighborhood and census tract level.

Fellowship and scholarship
There are 4 special meetings that are jam-packed with "protocol",  "how-to" and "tools involving best practices" for leadership, citizenship, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship,ownership,  and stewardship.
