PAUL RYAN and KEVIN MCCARTHY are the remaining two (2) of the Young Guns. Their partner, Eric Cantor was once in the same U.S. Congress circle. However, his arrogance and lack of attention to his constituency cost him a "smacking" DEFEAT.
Let's see how long it will take for Ryan, McCarthy and Donald Trump will make history in REPLACE and REPEAL scandals.
