Business Association ROLLING OUT 2016 Recommendations for Removal of Offices of Election - 1st List

City of Milwaukee Charter Officers Recommendations for Removal
City Center Milwaukee | Day 67 | Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC launches its first list of recommendations for 2016 Elected officials for the City of Milwaukee two (2) days after the November 4, 2014 Election.

As we look at the city of Milwaukee, Enduring Concentrated Poverty is growing at the census and neighborhood level.  African American (largest people of color group), other People of Color and Work Challenged - Work Challenged represents un-, under-skilled; un-, under-employed; un-, under-financed neighborhood-level businesses; disabled; and re-entry.

Re-entry represents those returning from WAR, INCARCERATION, boomerang employment, boomerang retirement and college-certificated graduates unemployed.

continue to wait for the charter officers to individually and collectively honor their Oath of office and provide economic opportunities for Emerging and Vetted businesses at the neighborhood level.  The Executive and Legislative bodies have the role and responsibilities of best practices and ethical procedures.

The People
Proactive planning and strategizing to ensure that the people in decision making position are about the empowerment of quality of life and economic development that is "joined".  That "respect" for Milwaukeeans and "use of their funds" is for their benefit.

That, when the charter officers forget their role and responsibilities, become arrogant, divisive, disregard for Code of Conduct and discrimination as the way-of-business, it is the People's Stewardship responsibility for reform, change and removal.

Preamble
CORE CONSTITUENTS must rise up and claim the stewardship, citizenship and leadership necessary for GROWTH in their lifestyles - families, homes, neighborhood and census tract.

The City of Milwaukee must have both the legislative and executive branches focused on the Core Constituents and their Infrastructure growth for self-sustainability.

We can not elect officers that appoint and/or hire folk that fail to show RESPECT to/for CORE CONSTITUENTS - families, stakeholders and taxpayers that live, work, grow families, go to school, send their children to school, invest money, pay taxes, get married in, grow businesses, worship and buried in the city of Milwaukee.

CORE CONSTITUENTS can not have elected-appointed-hired and volunteered employees of the city to not respond to requests of the citizenry.

CORE CONSTITUENTS can not have elected-appointed-hired and volunteered employees of the city to Execute them.

2016 Stewardship
And, when the elected-appointed-hired-volunteered staff representing city government fail to honor the charter statutes and Oath of Office, engage in outsourcing the city, allowing monopoly-oligopoly and by-proxy governance by Milwaukee 7, Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, Greater Milwaukee Committee, Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation board withOUT the knowledge and endorsement of Core Constituents - African American, other People of Color and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans; it is grounds for immediate removal by the People.

And, when the elected-appointed-hired-volunteered staff engage in disrespect to citizenry attending standing committee hearings, fail to do everything possible to assist and/or solve concerns without hostility and misuse of power or engage in snickering/giggling directed at citizenry; and, sleep to half-sleep posturing during committee hearings of the People; are grounds for immediate removal by the People.

And, when charter officers fail to return calls of the citizenry - his/her constituents or others, it is an offensive act of the charter officer to disregard telephone, emails, U.S. Mail and voicemails from the citizenry.

And, when a charter officer is never available to take calls and return calls - charter officer (executive and legislative), it is offensive and grounds for removal.
