City Center Milwaukee | DAY 15, 2014 | Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC kicked off the 11-Month Invoked Atonement and Reparation with a visit to the offices of Governor Scott Walker, Candidate for Governor Mary Burke and Candidates for Attorney General Susan Happ and Brad Schimel. We start with the Governor.
Governor
The top of the 2014 ELECTION chain ticket for Wisconsin is the position of Governor.
Scott Walker is the incumbent. His controversial background over the last two-plus years has been with ethical and un-inclusive issues - from his alleged wrongdoing while in office in the position of Milwaukee County Executive - to his infamous state-wide recall for Act 10.
Governor Walker has also shown his failure to be race-inclusive when it comes to his promise of 250,000 jobs during his first term.
For our purposes today, we will focus on the Urban city of Milwaukee and African Americans lack of TRUST for Governor Walker. When the Governor has been on the election stump, African Americans, the largest racial group, are left out of his vision for economic upscale, making Wisconsin appealing and representing the best for all Wisconsinites. His optics says Caucasian only. This includes his annual "State of" speeches.

Today, we call for African Americans, People of Color and Work Challenged (Work Challenged represents un-, under-skilled; un-, under-employed; un-, under-financed neighborhood-level businesses; disabled; and re-entry.
Wisconsinites that are economically challenged and need his office support. We are interested in documenting specific areas of concern from Milwaukeeans.

It is important to note that Governor Walker's cabinet has shown that they are woefully inadequate when dealing with Urban Milwaukee and its stakeholders.
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC reached out to each of the members above several times to obtain their office services, make them aware of the needed services and sought their presence for speaking as early as 2011 - woeful neglect and discrimination.
Secretary Mike Huebsch and Attorney Greg Murray were sought vigorously to share discriminatory practices and use of $176 millions for the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee; i.e., Senate Bill 514 and Freshwaters Science building. Best practices and customer care was not part of the engagement of Secretary Huebsch OR Attorney Murray.
The bill, approved by both the Wisconsin State Senate and Assembly, released state capital building funds for four different UWM expansion projects at a total anticipated cost of $176 million:
-- Construction of a School of Freshwater Sciences research building ($50 million)Targeted for the downtown Milwaukee waterfront, this building will be the home for the UWM School of Freshwater Sciences that the State Legislature and Governor Doyle approved in 2009.
-- Construction of a Kenwood Integrated Research Building ($75 million) To be located at or near the northwest corner of Kenwood Boulevard and Maryland Avenue, this five- or six-story building will house facilities that advance science, technology, engineering and math education; research; and outreach.
-- Acquisition of the Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital campus ($31 million) UWM remains engaged in negotiations to acquire and redevelop the 11-acre hospital property adjacent to the university’s current 93-acre campus.
-- Purchase of a replacement for the Neeskay research vessel ($20 million) A 120-foot research vessel capable of hosting larger scientific crews, conducting extended operations, and navigating research sites using dynamic positioning and state-of-the-art handling capabilities is proposed to replace the university’s Korean War-era transport-tug boat.

Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC was the point person for the awareness of the UW-Milwaukee discrimination and involvement as well as to seek methods of involvement of Milwaukeeans. Resistant and non-responsive.
Glass also provided Amart Growth leadership for the citizenry for the implementation of the Affordable Health Care Act shares, "In 2012, on a regular basis to get Governor Walker and his cabinet involved with the Affordable Health Care implementation at the Urban level of Milwaukee, my office called, advocated, and argued for inclusion. This include Ted Nickel Commissioner of Insurance, Reggie Newsom Secretary of Department of Labor and Dennis Smith Secretary of Health and Human Services. They all refused to provide information to assist the millions of Wisconsin in desperate need of insurance".

Ted Nickel, Commissioner was cited by MPA LLC with "depraved indifference".
Paul Jadin, Secretary refused to respond to inquiries to assist African Americans in the urban city of Milwaukee for entrepreneurship.
Walker's cabinet was not the only one not responding to inquiries and/or accepting an opportunity to come before the people and share the reason they are paid. They all refused - Governor Walker, Secretary of Workforce Development, Commissioner Insurance, Health and Human Services, and Paul Jadin, ex-Secretary of Commerce.
One of Walker's noteable visits, outside of Madison, he took a disparging shot at Urban city Milwaukee while visiting - Quad Graphics.

Kudlow
Kudlow was a regular for Governor Walker until Kudlow Report was discontinued.
=============================
Why would Milwaukeeans and Milwaukee County VOTE for this candidate?
The above Code of Conduct by Governor Walker and Secretary of Administration Huebsch has provided NO leadership regarding the "indescribable" high number of incarcerated African American males in Milwaukee.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE FAMILY
A home with a loving and loyal husband and wife is the supreme setting in which children can be reared in love and righteousness and in which the spiritual and physical needs of children can be met. With the thousands of African American males incarcerated and profiled for prison; AND, mothers and children are left to fend for themselves without the appropriate quality of life and economic development, why should we have individuals in the "positions of leadership" that says nothing and more importantly DO NOTHING to help RE-connect the families of African American and not use the male as a key economic method for Caucasians to make money - today's human trafficking and slave-imprisonment for trade.

Next is a visit to Governor Candidate MARY BURKE.
