| Today, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC announced it NEWEST discovery
and greed suspicion of “oligopoly-based” organizations. They are popping up with NEW boards, committees; and, they are re-configuring points of the Affordable Health Care law. They are primarily OR only ran by Caucasians. Some present identifiers by MPA LLC are:
- · Appointed hierarchy by Governor Scott Walker
- · Large health care organizations of practitioners (Health Management Organization and Accountable Care Organization - HMO, ACO and . . . )
- · Large health care providers – hospitals conglomerates
- · Large health care providers with selected Ancillary and Allied professionals
- · Public Education Higher Education
- · Public Health Department with takeover of university and conglomerate
- · Hospitals - receive special budget funding
- · Research Teams (???????)
The organizations are public-private for the most part.
They are mostly business-identified as non-profit conglomerates with $$$$$ claiming
care, claiming authority of residential and commercial consumers without being “vetted” - many people do not know they exist even though they pay them.
Greed Raiders
Since the organizations fail to communicate and build TRUST with the beneficiaries for REFORM of areas for sustainability for all, they are called: Greed Raiders.
Some of these greed raiders act as “MOLES” - they are underwritten, hired, consultants, do research, write peer-to-peer papers with funds from the 'low income and under-served' funds, medical training with 'low income and under-served' and all of a sudden appear as experts attached to a known organization in medicine; i.e. Aurora and the University of Wisconsin Public Health program or University of WI Water Research OR Columbia St. Mary's - Froedtert and Medical College of Wisconsin).

are organizations with one or no African American board member at the Census Tract and Neighborhood level.
These are organizations that have tons of well-equipped grant writers and positioned for millions and billions.

My question is: "what residential and commercial consumers made these raiders legitimate"? When did the People select them and authorized their existence?
What are these power-grabbers doing to ensure that Affordable Health Care is INCLUSIVE? Where are the fingerprints of Preparedness and design from residential and commercial consumer? Where is the blueprint or BUY-IN from the residential and commercial Affordable Health Care consumers?
Where are the tools and wellness benchmarks for a healthier population in Urban Milwaukee? Where is the top-of-the-line valued health care that will help “drive-down” mounting cost (reported 11 billion – 2011, projected 23 billion in 2023)?

It starts with exposing these acts of take-over, misuse of funding, DISCRIMINATION, conflict of interest, fraud and GREED.
We will offer REFORM. I cannot and will not be, business as usual”.
