2013 Affordable Health Care Walk-thru TENT FAIR adds ACADEMIC/SCHOOLS ROW to Layout Map

July 8, 2013

The Affordable Health Care implementation brings to the table a multi-dimensional reach into the census tracts and neighborhoods of Halyard Park and neighboring communities.  For Milwaukee neighborhoods that have been besieged by the LACK of long-term family supporting employment, it brings NEW opportunities in many fields that can be vocational and medical.  The aggregated effect means a higher per capital income for the sustainability of the URBAN city.

Education and Technology
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC looks at how to co-locate talents and vetted businesses for better health care, health care provisions and building businesses that will support the crust of services needed.

The Academic/SCHOOLS Row at the 2013 Affordable Health Care FAIR will allow institutions and organizations in vocational-technical-higher education to come to the neighborhood and render state-of-the-art competitive curriculums, to recruitment students of different adult ages for health care and related fields of today's marketplace for  (certificates, degrees and other services) as well as related and unrelated fields for certificated and degree pursuit.  It allows the residential and commercial stakeholder to be made aware.  The Academic/Schools Row designation is on the southwest side of James Beckum Park and runs from Brown Street into the park.

"We know that a HIGH population of Milwaukeeans, through practicum - long-term experience in 'providing services' that are domesticated and technical.  Too often, Milwaukeeans do not have the certificates and degrees to leverage the vertical and lateral climb to high-wage employment.  We call for blended Beyond-the-Classroom and academic education attainment that includes information technology to kick-start top-notch health care services in the NEW areas of care promoted by the Affordable Health Care law.  Therefore, we are calling for vocational, technical and higher education (public and private) to share their BEST and cost-effective opportunities for NOW and going forward.  MPA LLC Consumer Protection Group will monitor the traditional and NEW online courses for hands-on merit, relevance, technique, customer satisfaction and congruency with the marketplace.  It is so important that the curriculums are culturally-sensitive in design, ongoing comprehensive course support/tutoring is available with student in mind to maximize successful outcomes", said Mary Glsss, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.
