The BIG EAZY selects Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC (MPA LLC) as it Public Relations Firm.

Milwaukee – (April 1, 2013) Greg Johnson and partner Tony McGaughy have selected Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC to provide exclusively their public relations for the Big Eazy Catering and Conferencing Center. The BIG EAZY is in the final renovation of the first floor and its Open House on April 10, 2013. It is located on the corner of Lloyd and Martin Luther King Drive in the 6th District. The address is 2053 N. Martin Luther King Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212 (where Wes’s Place was).

MPA LLC will provide brand consultation for building its southern hospitality, New Orleans Cajun/Creole and American catering and Jazz ambiance in the rooms named after Louis Armstrong and the French Quarter.  Food is specially prepared “with love” by Chef Johnson.

In addition, MPA LLC will provide content marketing, packaging, supply chain, product development, evaluation, training, research, negotiations and media services.

Johnson and McGaughy are Culinarians and have over 50 years between them in the hotel and hospitality industry with well-known hotels. MPA LLC will work closely with Avis Thomas, Sales Director/Coordinator of the BIG EAZY to ensure that the guest of the BIG EAZY are returning clients.
