THE BIG EAZY - NEW, INNOVATIVE and STATE-OF-THE-ART

MILWAUKEE - (MPA-LLC), presenting, the BIG EAZY, the newest renovated real estate addition in the 2000 block of Dr. Martin L. King Drive, 6th District.

This renovated historic structure is located in a historic-brand area of the 6th District.  According to Carlene Hatala, Senior Planner, Historic Preservation Commission, the building has architectural features that date back to the 1880's or 1890's - a corner tower, 3 stories, masonry rather than brick.

This architectural referral has features of the Schlitz Brewing Company structures.
Open House
The Big Eazy
The co-owners, Chef Gregory Johnson and his partner Tony McGaughy will open their doors to the public for Open House, Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 2053 N. Dr. Martin L. King Drive, Milwaukee, WI  53212.  This is a time they have designated to introduce the public to Chef Johnson's Cajun/Creole and American "tasty bits of morsel", hear New Orleans style music by the Extra Crispy Jazz Band and hear from well-wishers. 

The Team
You will also hear about and from the Culinarians - the owners, their vision.  Services to the public will come from Avis Thomas, Sales Director for the Big Eazy Catering and Conference Center.  She will share how you can book your next event, select from the cajun/creole as well as American style foods menu and select the Louis Armstrong and/or French Quarter Rooms.  You will meet staff and the public relations consultant, Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.
