- Attorney Laura Brown
Ms. Brown graduated from the
University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a Bachelor of Business
Administration: Finance, Investments and
Banking Major and Law degrees.
Her work experience includes
serving as Deputy General Counsel for a publically traded health care services
organization, General Counsel for a social services organization dedicated to
provide training, employment and supportive services to disabled persons and
others with barriers to employment, and partnership in a leading Wisconsin
health care administration law firm. Her
community service includes board and committee work with several 501(c)(3)
health care, educational and social services organizations. This includes pro bono legal support in developing two Milwaukee area community
health care clinics for the uninsured and working poor, board and development
committee work for the Milwaukee Mental Health Association, program committee
work for the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin and volunteering for Habitat for
Humanity and Community of Hope International.
She is a recipient of the Association of Women Lawyers mentoring award.
