Using IT data @ the Neighborhood level to provide better customer care and maximizing federal fund use

MILWAUKEE (MPA) - August 18, 2012, Provider issues and customer care integration of IT - Information Technology is paramount for better cost and efficient government services.

Milwaukee Professionals Association this weekend has linked federal funding sources to Milwaukeeans in the areas of:  federal institution funding and federal health care funding.

Three (3) areas of start are:

•  CDFI/Commuity Development Financial Institution
•  other financial institutions and links.
•  Health Care

The discussions will center around education and technology engagement of the consumer-customer views, behavior signatures and bi-directional data sharing that is secure.
