This is a state-of-the-art technology space.
It is an INFRASTRUCTURAL and TRANSFORMATIVE site with events for the public with layers of employment, training, and performing arts.
A special focus is the involvement of youth through young adults.
The Title-by-Title Summary from the American Rescue Plan is the source of funding viability from all four (4) ARPA funding for Milwaukee. YAHOO!
