The over $2.5 billion comes from the following amounts. They are:
The city of Milwaukee will receive $394 M in direct relief.
The State of Wisconsin will receive $2.5 B in direct relief.
The County of Milwaukee will receive $184 M.
The Milwaukee Public Schools will receive $731 M, and other levels of government will also receive direct relief.
