2018 SPRING Election is a banner year for change.
We must CHECK credentials for office.
We must CHECK behavior and misconduct.
We want to know about "Sexual Harassment", "Bullying", and "Non-Disclosure clauses of ALL types.
******************************
Events in the public square around the election process and those who wound up in office with discriminatory acts against those of us of Color is to be addressed at the BALLOT Box.
We can NOT fail to know WHO is running.  Ask for their platform, let them know what you expect for your vote and your advocacy to REMOVE the ones with "arrogant and bullying" conduct during their previous tenure or past experience.
Since Incarceration is at the top of the ladder for addressing the racial injustice and the disengagement of Families of Color, placing inndividual in office that will represent you, your family, neighborhood and city is the candidate for office the next 5-10 years.
We must look closely at who is running for the Supreme Court, Appeals Court and Circuit Court - where they live, where they come from, who they associate with, diversity of life and today's environments of support.
To visit meetings of candidates held in the area.
To set-up meetings for candidates in the area.
To be READY-TO-VOTE.
To be Registered to Vote and know where and when to Vote.
Milwaukeeans - No one Exempt
This is the time for ALL Milwaukeeans with VOTING privilege, those of us within the 98.63 square miles to scrutinize the candidates and check your list and mark it twice by viewing the profile of those running, see where they stand on Incarceration Reform, evaluating their ads and the messages being sent.
You Vote.  You make sure others Vote.
