CITY-WIDE MILWAUKEE | Annually, MILLIONS and millions of federal dollars are earmarked for Milwaukeeans, African American, other People of Color, Work Challenged, and Caucasian, to rid the largest city of Wisconsin of Enduring Concentrated Poverty.  So, Why do the underserved remain underserved and disenfranchised? 
"To much is given, much is expected".  

TINN

    Team Internet-Net Neutrality, known as TINN, marks the kick-off of SMART Neighborhood development by MILWAUKEE PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION LLC on August 24, 2017, East Library, 2320 N. Cramer, Milwaukee, WI  53211.  

TINN is the brainchild of Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, MPA LLC.

TINN is an outgrowth of over 15 years of research and documentation of business-as-usual discrimination by elected-appointed-hired-donor for hire and corporations doing business in Milwaukee.  

TINN - 'Begin with the End in mind'.
Beginning with the End in Mind is a strategic concept to expose wrongdoing in our government, especially at the local level - city-county-Milwaukee Public Schools.  The method includes NEW people elected and involving Readout of acts of wrongdoing, and occasional trips to the judicial system to cut through the layers of duplicity. 

COMPREHENSIVE
The arbitrary and capricious acts are widespread and comprehensive. 

More and more a larger and systematic depletion of resources of funds leaves the Milwaukee city coffers during the ANNUAL BUDGET and throughout the year in miscellaneous withdrawals led by:

• the Department of City Development
• DCD Redevelopment Authority
• City of Milwaukee Housing Authority
• Department of Administration
• Department Building Inspection/Department of Neighborhood Services
• special groups, and 
• the Department of Public Works (this department has a pipeline to the state budget for pet projects related to the infrastructure of streets and highways).   

Over the last five years, outsiders have made huge withdrawals with decades of dependence without "the confirmation of the People".

        The End Game for MPA LLC is the Eradication of the aggregated Poverty through initiatives, campaigns, conversations, and communication that lies in the scaffolding of the IoT - Internet of Things; and, dismantling of the monopoly-oligopoly squeeze from corporations doing business in Milwaukee with a NEW Wave of leadership, stewardship, and fellowship that governs Smart Neighborhoods of Milwaukee.

Who should we hold accountable?

Firstly, ourselves.  We, the People, must always step forward to resist the automatic and deliberate violations of human, civil, and legal rights of self and fellowmen.

  

Secondly, those we have in elected, appointed, hired and donor-for-hire representation of our government (local, state, federal, global).

Thirdly, those who represent the corporate structure must be monitored and evaluated for quarterly-six month-annual compliance for direct engagement of citizen participation that is directly connected to the neighborhood level and NOT filtered through a chamber, business organization, civic organization, regional organization and/or government entity.

A Time for Everything

22 So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?
