Kevin Bendickson is the Vice President, Community Warehouse. On October 3, 2017, Community Warehouse, 324-332 W. North Avenue, opened and expanded from the south side to Bronzeville.
Community Warehouse is a faith-based organization providing people in the Milwaukee community with affordable home and facility improvement materials. We want to provide the resources needed for rebuilding Milwaukee’s under-served communities. As a result, we hope to significantly improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
At Community Warehouse, contractors, builders, retailers, distributors, manufacturers and other organizations graciously donate their unused building materials to us. We then sort and price these materials, displaying them in a clean, neat, visible and accessible way for Milwaukee residential property owners or non-profit organizations located in Milwaukee’s Community Development Block Grant Neighborhoods.
