Black Male Incarceration Matters Forums #1-#2-#3 are to bring attention to Ethnography of a citizen of the city of Milwaukee - a stakeholder, taxpayer, employee, entrepreneur, employer, neighbor and leader requiring our commitment of support.

Black Male Incarceration Matters Forums #1-#2-#3 are to bring the 26,222 African American males from Milwaukee and 1.5 Million Missing Black Men data to the table for reporting and "human" loss to the city, state and country. 

Black Male Incarceration Matters Forums #1-#2-#3 are to shed a BRIGHT light on 53206 Incarceration population grid.

Black Male Incarceration Matters Forums #1-#2-#3 are to speak to how profiling, stigmatization of Incarceration has disrupted the lives of those incarcerated and their “FAMILIES”.
